Bone & Muscle problems

Hello. I am Sridevi, 27yrs old. In start of July month I met with an accident and royal Enfield bike fell on my leg. Went to ortho doctor @vihaa hospital. Diagnosed with x ray.then doctor it's right foot contusion. I used ankle binder and crepe bandage. Few days later pain got increased and I cud not walk. Then taken MRI scan. Observation: Undisplaced fracture with extensive bone marrow noted involving base of 3rd metatarsal with mild surrounding soft tissue oedema Medication 1. Bonefix tablet 2. Ocerin forte 3. Phlogam Advise Doctor told take rest alonenfor 4 weeks. Please suggest me do I need surgery for this or need rest alone ? Attached my MRI scan report

Whom should I consult for lower back pain? Physiotherapist or Orthopaedic? I took 3 sessions with physio. Ultrasonic theraphy. Doing hot & cold therapy at home. But no major improvement. Feel stiffness in lower back specially when I get up in morning.

2 years back knee injury has happened and problem of knee stability was occurring at that point of time. I have done some physiotherapy sessions and it got recovered partially but never recovered fully, knee stability was always a issue but after session it was happening rarely that I was loosing balance and falling. Last week I have again due to weak I lost balance and fell down since then I have pain and I am feeling again my knee is not fine

Sudden pain in lower back, then it feels like my legs buckle and I almost fall to the ground. I’m just walking around at work. The pain in lower back has been somewhat consistance over past 2 days. But when my legs buckle it’s like a jolt.

I am an athlete a professional cricketer. I am having partial tear in my UCL of my elbow. Due to that I have had an arthroscopic surgery. Because due to the partial tear a lot of bony impingement is gathering around the UCL that's why I can't fully straight my hand and when I am trying to straight my elbow there is lot of pain. So that's why I went to the doctor and he performed the surgery bt 6 months after the surgery the same problem returns and now this time the doctor tell me for tommy jhon surgery ligament reconstruction but I don't have that much time to recover bcoz a few months later my season will start. So does there any exceptional treatment available for this basically in homeopathy or physiotherapy..

Previously it was muscle cramp only but due last 3 days pain at joints at knee and hip joint has started.

I got hurt in my thumb while playing cricket 5 days back. The pain makes me guess there is a chance of fracture on the base of my thumb. Where can I get it checked in Gurgaon?

My leg 2nd finger is swelled as I fell down in the floor now while walking it's paining at that point ..is the swelling happened bcoz of any inside hairy crack I m suspecting...

From last few weeks I have been facing a problem with pain in left leg while walking, running and standing for long.
