How to cure spondylolisthesis

I am a 42-year-old woman and I suffer from spondylolisthesis. I have been stuck with this problem for many years and I have been under constant medication for it. It sure does ease the effects of the condition but the medication does not seem to cure it. How do I cure spondylolisthesis? Is there a way I can permanently get rid of this problem?
