Hello My Name Is Nzar, Its About 3 Weeks I Have Ache In My Foot,I Went To A Doctor He Says That You Have (Spondylolisthesis)When Number 4 And 5 Are Overone.He Says That You Should Swim For 2 Weeks,With My Introductions If Not Fixed,You Should Make A Surgery.So I Want to Know Is It Like That Or Thats A Routine Ache,And No Surgery Is Needed?!

Dear Mr Nzar Do you have back pain. If so, do you have the pain during walking /standing? Is the pain radiating to this entire lower limb from behind.? If there is no backpain, then i think other reasons for foot pain should be ruled out.
