For my delivery doctor gave epidural injection. More than 3 yr past. Still have bad back pain. Specially during rainy and winter season. Can't stand or lie down for long time. What to do ? Whome to consult?

I am facing problems in my knees while walking and after wake up in the morning, please suggest me some natural remedy and exercises to reduce that pain, I used to work out till two months ago but left that due to some personal reasons, but I still take a walk of 1.5 to 2 km a daily.

I am just 5'5" tall. I want to know is it possible now to increase my height an inch or 2. Please let me know.
