I have a really high back stiffness in the mornings. Every time I lie down it's difficult to get up. I suffer from ankylosing spondilitis as diagnosed. 45 years old female noted with diffuse disc bulge at L2-L3,L3-L4,L4-L5 levels causing indendation on thecal sac with a small lesion in body of S 1 vertebra and also degenerative changes seen in lumbar vertebra....kindly suggest what is the problem and treatment
