Née pain from past 2 month can suggest recently we consulted near by clinic he told due to age factor

I have pain in my left knee since from last year when I go down hill while trekking. There is no pain when I walk on plain surface but sometimes there is popping sound come out it when it twist. This all started when I have done a Marathon trek last mansoon.

From past 3 minths i am having neck pain and stiffness, Shoulder pain and back side of left rib stiffness and little pain All this along with Headache... What it can be help....

Woke up with swelling of Big Toe joint with redness and lots of pain two days back. Still paining and very painful to walk due to swelling and pain.

I have been advised by my orthopedic to take gemcal plus daily in the morning post breakfast since my b12 and d3 levels are low. I read online that gemcal plus is only effective for d3. Please advise.

My cousin is 21 yrs old and suffering from joints pain from past 1.5 years. As of now, she can barely move her both legs and left hand. It seems to be expanding. Initially doctor treated her as a case of Rheumatoid Arthritis, but now doubting of Spondylitis Arthritis. Please advise if this could a case of Spondylitis Arthritis. Also, if so, is it curable?

Impression: Mild degenerative changes in lumbar spine with mild disc bulge /protrusion at multiple levels indenting thecal sac with lateral recess & neural foraminal narrowing, as detailed in text. Adv.-Clinical Correlation. What it means and what i have to do now? Is there any serious problem?
