Bone & Muscle problems

I have a problem of uric acid I am not using any medicine for this but in early morning when i waked up from my bed it gives me soo pain in both joints . It doesn't work properly and very pain full. Please suggest me the right way to get out through it from this disease.

I am suffering from orthopedic disorder in which my left side collar bone is projected much outwards and is on upper side as compared to the right side because of which there always remain a pain on the right shoulder back side when I have to stand for too long. Just wanted to get clear that is it curable through any exercise or surgery?? Also does it have any long term effects on the posture??

I have visited a doctor. He had done my x-ray. Nd after seeing prescribed that it is a ganglion. But it pains at times. I suddenly popped up a month back. What should I do now? Is it normal? Or something serious to worry about?

I m having pain in nails but not in joints of hands nd toes .initally it was less nd rarely painful but from 6-7 months it is vry painful nd onset is incidious . Now from 2 months pain also start in other bones

There is pain in my heels since 4 months. It was started due to poorly meeting shoes. Crakes we're generated in heel. I have changed my shoes due this the crakes are removed but pain in heels still there since 4 months. PL advise me

Hi. I am 34 year old male with 105 kgs and 6.3 height. i have mild pain in both knees and although this is not affecting my quality of life but i am having pain while climbing stairs, driving, exercising etc. How can i correct this problem. Hello doctor , past 2 months while walking down the stairs i missed one step and fell badly with my right leg and the whole body weight was on that and it got twisted . I took medications after that but it healed that for the time being . Now the pain is coming whenever i walk on the back of ankle & feet and around the knee and it keeps on moving sometimes at the calf muscles or thigh muscles. Pain is majorly coming below the knee while walking and i feel strength problem in my leg plus stiffness. Got physiotherapy done fr a week but not much of relaxation. So its becoming difficult to exert full pressure. What to do now ? Please help!

I had orthopaedic surgery of knee, 6 years back. They had to put a plate and screws. Everything was fine for last 6 year, but suddenly i have started feeling pain in my knee while climbing stairs (exactly at same side, where i had fracture). Few months back i restarted doing knee exercises to bend it completely. What could be the reason.
