Hello Doctor, 3 weeks back i had a ankle sprain and within a week the sprain was healed. In the second week I was exercising my feet muscle and after the exercise, pain started in the top foot region near ankle. So when I rotate my right foot downwards it pains in that region. What should I do in this situation ? Thank You.

My mother has met with an accident today and I’m x Ray we found that her 3 lower back ribs (R) are fractured, Local doctor has confirmed that there is no damage to other internal organs. I wanted to know how critical it is and what precautions we should take to cure it properly.

In Summer days my body temperature is normal but i feels like my face , arms and feet are burning and feels uncomfortable . Sometimes there is swelling on feet. Sometimes feet, arms and face felt warm on touch. It feels like heat is being radiated from arms face and feet. I remain tiered all the day. Pain in the muscles of legs is always there and increases in the evening. Almost everyday in the evening fluid discharge started from inside nose and pain in eyes and throat started, nose get blocked and make difficult to breath through nose CBC is all normal Thyroid is also normal Sugar test report is normal No weight gain or loss in past few months Taking proper diet Please suggest me the solution for these problems.

I fell and sprained my ankle on Friday. Though there I no pain now, the swelling has increased. Is this normal? Should I get an X-ray to check for any fractures?

I had pain in my left shoulder from past one month..it was a minor pain..i feel pain while rotating my shoulder sideways..i had done icing on it for one week and after that i had done heating on it..i skip my all type of workouts for two weeks..after that when i started my workout..now i feel pain in upward movement of that same shoulder and sometime the pain is vey much painful..please advice me how to cure it
