Pl ask exercise and medicine Pl confirm treatment of my pain Tennis elbow rt and Lt very large pain

I am facing pain in neck and shoulder area from last 3-4 days. I am not able to sit or lie down without pain.

I had broken tibia surgery with titanium rods two times since there was non union on the first one.the first surgery was on August 2015 next was April 2016 .I'm now feeling loads of pain on the leg what might be the issue?

My grandmother (age 85 years) slipped and fell in the bathroom. A bone in her pelvic region was broken ( X-ray report attached). The local doctor is recommending 3 months bed rest with minimal to no disturbance to the pelvic region. He recommended hanging bricks from that region for some pressure. He said at her advanced age surgery is not recommended. She has a very light appetite. Can you recommend any other course of action?

My wife feels leg pain every night when she comes for bed for sleep. She feel pain just like leg pain during period time. And there is no issues like accident or something else so far. Only during period time she use to feel such pain, but now she feel pain everyday.

My husband always complain having muscle or joint pain after eating certain food like butter milk ,patatos etc .is there any certain reason or it is just assumption .he called it as bai but I didn't find any article related this .

Hi doctors.. I have been facing left sided mild hip pain along with slight pains in buttocks thigh and calves. The pain is very mild and is usually when I am sitting or sleeping towards left side. The pain is somewhat kinda irritation. Also when I fold my left leg and release it I hear some click sound which is not painful. Kindly help
