Sequel of anterior dislocation with stable 1.2 x 1.9 cm flattening type of Hill Sach’s lesion, large anterior labral tear from 1 to 6 o’clock with thickened anterior inferior capsulolabral tissue, moderately lax inferior capsule and estimated anterior glenoid bone loss of 18%, the latter best seen on 3-D CT.

Arthroscopic bankart repair is a soft tissue procedure that should help you. If instability, subluxation or disclocation still troubles you post surgery then bony procedure (latarjet) will help you.
