I am a 31-year-old pregnant woman and the recent problem I have developed is cramps on my legs in the night. It becomes very difficult to wake up and move in the morning. How to stop cramps from affecting me at nights?

I am a 46-year-old woman and I have leg cramps problem for the past many years now. I want to know if there is a treatment or remedy for leg cramps that can help me get rid of this problem permanently.

It has been swollen for four days. I have recently broken my tibia and fibula. It is swollen in my lower fibula. If I apply pressure on top of my fibula then I feel pain. I can walk with little pain. Should I be concerned? Should I go to a doctor?

Painful left knee when walking,more stress on right foot for obvious reasons.When left foot is stretched it is painful but when it is folded pain is much less.On standing pain is much more and it is towards the lower circle of knee cap or patella . Stretching exercises give some temporary relief.Icepack compress is bieng done.Please advice.Thanks.

Hi Doc, My mother aged 53 has recently developed a cute pain in her left leg, it becomes intolerable sometimes, but it remains only for few seconds. I feel that some muscle tension has developed. Please suggest some medication.
