My father had back pain. He couldn't move. The hot water bottle gave him some relief. But he has a job and he has to work. What can be done to soothe his pain and remove it from the root? What can be the cause of this problem? What can we do from our end to make him more comfortable?

I am diagnosed with schmorl's nodes in L2/3, L3/4, L4/5 vertebra. I experience pain while bending down only after I get up from supine position for longer time, which lasts for only 10-15 seconds. Basically I experience stiffness. HLA-B27 is negative. during whole day there is no pain in bending. I am doing some core exercises too. Can I join gym in this condition

My mom sufferings from lower back paiin and after MRI report conclusion 1 spondylotic changes with disc degeneration 2 right lateral disc bulging at L 2-3 level causing exiting right L2 nerve root compression 3 servers degeneration canal stenosis at L 3-4 level causing thecal sac and exiting bilateral L3 and traversing L4 nerve root compressions 4 Right lateral disc extrusion at L4-5 level causing foramina recess narrowing with bilateral exiting L4 nerve root compression

Dr my back neck is paining severely Whenever I move my hands my back Muscles pain a lot .I can't move my head freely from right and left.Applied tolagen for 3 days but pain is increasing everyday Pl suggest

While playing football, I got fracture on my 5th metatarsal of right foot. 1- it happened on 31st Aug2018 2-is it a jones fracture? I have attached the X ray. First day I had a swelling and pain but now after 3 days the swelling is completely reduced as well the pain except in a fracture area. 3- how much time will it take to heal. I am under pop cast below knee. 4- when can I remove the cast? The doctor I have consulted told me for 4 weeks. 5- when can I start walking by taking load on this foot. 6. Is this a hair line fracture?

I have been having knee pain from last 3-4 days.  I started jogging 5-7 days back after a very long time.  The muscle below knee got swelling so I was using ice pack to reduce swelling and curb pain.  But now my whole knee is paining.

My c rp level high..9.40 mg/l Plz concern how do this normal codition... Knee neck and waiste pain everytime

She cut herself accidentally earlier this morning and I dressed the wound properly. Now there's a white patches near the cut. She can't move the fingers as well. I am scared if she has the fracture.
