Sitting in hard object cause hip sore or pain ,and how to take care of your hip please tell me ... ...

I injured in football play ground 7 days ago...I got hit in my lower limb(tibia ,fibula,ankle and feet)...I take some pain killer ..but there is still pain on those site...so please tell me how can I recover from this.

MRI report is attached. 5 months since injury. Haven't done strengthening of muscles. Planning to do it for the next two months. As of now there is a swelling in that region. When I exert pressure and try to run, there is a stiffness and pain Doctor said if strengthening doesn't work, minor surgery is needed He said it is high ankle sprain. I wanted to know if there is the slightest possibility to recover by December by any chance since I am captain of athletics and vice captain of football. Also should I continue wearing binder and is there anything else I can do apart from exercise and rest as in healthy food directed to ligament or something like that

Got diagnosed with 7.4 Uric Acid. Can i Have ZYLORIC as ealrier also i was suffering with same probelm and got rid of it through tgis

Hi, i feel tenderness and feel current in my knee and thighs on sitting as well as moving.and also i can't fold my leg fully ( operated case of GCT... ENDOPROSTHESIS DONE. AND ALSO QUADRICEPS PLASTY. IN 2015).

Im having pain in left side of left feet near heel since yesterday. It feels like something is pricks from inside .pain happening from heel to fingers.sometimes it becomes unbearable.

M 32.A very severe pain in left hip area.can't sit walk or sleep properly.Pain is on the very extreme level.. Especially getting  up from bed.in fact while coughing or sneezing also I face extreme pain..this is occuring from past 1 week.. Earlier also I have faced this problem extreme pain occurs for 2-3 weeks then it becomes normal..I am very confused what is happening. Can't handle this pain..I have faced this issue on the right hip also but for smtim pain is coming on the left side. Plz help.

Around 8 months my knee is paining. In MRI report I found there 1.intra and peri articular- mild fluids collection is noted. 2.traumatic hemarthrosis. Please tell me what to do now,my doctor suggested rest and exercise. Not needed any operations on knee.

Hello Doctor, 3 weeks back i had a ankle sprain and within a week the sprain was healed. In the second week I was exercising my feet muscle and after the exercise, pain started in the top foot region near ankle. So when I rotate my right foot downwards it pains in that region. What should I do in this situation ? Thank You.
