I had lump back side my ear before a month ago i gnore it now i got fever abut 4 days..i also diagonesd with my shoulder pain 6 month ago but it doesnt work its very painful also my elbows wer very paining

I had a fall on a slippery surface and hit my right knee on the floor. Appear that my knee cap and other bones were safe.. No fractures as I was able to move slowly. Details are in the attached MRI reports.Right now using knee braces. Able to walk slowly and carefully. Not much of pain. Pl advise next steps... Rest and Rehabilitation or anything else to fix this issue. Need urgent advice as I need to decide soon.

Hi recently, I started doing Zumba and I feel a lot of pain in the areas around my feet and knee (ankle areas). Although I have danced a lot in life before yet Zumba is like a heavy workout where you have to jump a lot. Whenever I dance, my feet hurts a lot! And afterwards my right knee pains.
