My son's leg's two figures joint with skin not by bone. Skin joint  approx 3 cm  8n length from back side. Wish to surgery or plastic surgery. What is latest formulas.

Iam having constant back pain especially at the time of sleep and iam not able to sleep properly. Especially on left syd of upper back. I tried ayurveda kizhi at that tym pain was less but again started

Acute pain in left knee.more pain when leg is stretched pain much reduced when leg is folded.Difficulty in walking more stress given on right leg.Stretch exercises give some relief and icepack compress also.When standing or leg is streched pain is felt near down peripheral portion of knee cap or patella.Please advise.Thanks.

I had a road accident on 16th june 2018. I was in a Scorpio and it got 4 turns on the highway. I got some injuries on the right portion of my body on the right-hand and right shoulder. Then we moved to a local hospital there and the doctor took the x-ray of my right shoulder and told me that i have no fractures but i was feeling that my shoulder is slightly bend downwards and it was also visible to others as well then doctor told me consult any good doctor in my city then another day i moved to a hospital and there again my x-ray done and the doctor told me same thing that i have no fractures but i have pain from more than 2 months and shoulder is slightly bend downwards today also then after 2.5 months i visited another doctor and they conducted x-ray and by looking at my xray the doctor told me to do MRI so that he will be confirmed that   my problem can be solved by physiotherapy or if i need surgery. I am uploading my xray from starting kindly help me. Thank you
