Severe Left knee joint pain
I had met with an accident while boarding an electric auto. After that, my left knee joint pained while climbing up the stairs. But now, my left knee joint has also started paining while climbing down the stairs.

Pain while going down the stairs may be a sign of chondromalacia with weak quadriceps muscles. Get yourself checked physically to an orthopedic surgeon and I think you will benefit from quadriceps strengthening exercises and cycling

Hi, It might be a symptom of ligament or meniscal injury. If pain persists, you need to visit an Orthopaedician and  MRI may be required. Take care
