Knee joint pain

Asked for Female, 35 Years

I have a severe under knee joint and in knee joint pain unable to climb stairs and If I walk more or climb stairs now am observing blue patches. And also having backache,shoulder plain,and having pain in my finger joints . Kindly suggest something... Thank you
