I get sudden sharp electric pain in area of inner knee(my main problem) , along with this , I also get leg nerve pain originating from spine , also causes whole muscle pain in my leg .This is only in right leg.
I got done my MRI , which shows grade 2 signal posterior horn of medical meniscus . Also early degeneration.
But doctor told this is not major.
I am suffering from this from Feb 2020 and I got relief for 2 months only ..again this has started..
And sometimes problem becomes so major that even if I touch on leg ..then electric pain causes ..
And it is somewhere connected with nerve I know .
But I don't know ..I don't understand what is the problem and even I am doing exercises but problem is not solving .
PLEASE ADVISE AND GUIDE ME ..

Medial Meniscus tear leads to severe pain in the inner aspect of the knee. It is generally caused due to a twisting injury to the knee.
Meniscus tears generally do not heal on their own, and the pain fluctuates.
Next Steps
Wear a knee support. Do not bend the knee- more than 90 degrees as more bending will cause pain.
Gradually start strengthening exercises of the knee.
If the pain still continues- other alternative forms of therapy such as Platelet rich plasma(PRP) or Bone marrow aspirate concentrate(BMAC) injections can be given.
Your issue seems to be originating in the knee and not in the back. So avoid doing another MRI scan.
Hope this answers your query.

You have two different problems
One in your knee ( meniscal injury)
And
Other problem in your lower back spine
( Mostly slipped disc or lumbar canal stenosis)
You need to consult for the sciatica/ slipped disc problem and may need to get done MRI after detailed examination.
If your knee MRI is of last year and if your problem has increased then you again have to consult and might need new MRI fir the knee , to see whether the Meniscus injury has increased further
