Bone & Muscle problems

I am having pain in left chest corner and left neck and shoulder from last 2 days. Also some kind of swelling in left chest corner. Please suggest. Also what type of doctor should I consult.

I had a femur shaft fracture at left leg 2.5 months are completed. I have taken the latest x-ray  of femur shaft. A titanium rod was inserted for fixation. Is the fixation done properly and should I put weight now. Will i live a normal life like before and walk???

Everytime if I sit a longer or after a nap, feel sharp pain on my foot palm.. just down heel bone center point. Please help

My mom is suffering from pain in her ankle when she is stepping/walking. She feels like her ankle has more mass at bottom and swelling. problem is worst in morning on waking up. She also complains joint pain at shoulder occassionally which lasts for several days.

My father has bone protruding below both his knees. He has no pain in both knees. One doctor said he would need a couple of injections to fix this. I've been having a mid foot sprain before 15 days. Swelling is totally gone now but there is pain in mid foot and I m not able to walk properly. There is pain in my foot when I put weight on it.what should I do now.

I have severe pain in my left arm. The pain runs from the wrist area to the forearm. I did an xray done which doesn't show any fracture but there might be a possibility of hair line. I've been experiencing the pain since 3 weeks. But it got worst yesterday. I've been on lymed medicine and I've been advised to apply brugel. There is slight swelling in the arm. I have some clumsiness in my thumb of the right hand. The joint flutters sometimes and there is slight pain and clumsiness at both the joints of the thumb. I had De Quervains syndrome in my lady hand thumb after delivery, which lasted for  around a year and this feeling is similar to the numbness that I felt then, except this time, there is no wrist pain. What should I do?
