My dad is suffering from left shoulder pain for last 4 months. He don't feel pain during day time, pain starts only at night and severe pain after lying on the bed.

I got my left shoulder dislocated 3 times (last 1 month ago). Please guide me further treatment . Physiotherapy required or not? What to do to prevent further dislocation? Please find the attached MRI report (3Tesla)

I have acl tear and meniscus damage. Doc have suggested for acl reconstruction. Need to know doc is best for it
