Recently I had minor sprain in my right leg. Though there wasn't any swelling but the pain was there always. By applying moov for 2-3 days gaved me relief but it has been a week the pain has not gone completely.Can some other ointments can be suggested to get rid this pain completely off?

After that on Doctor's advice we started exercise. After exercising for a month, on seeing fresh X-ray reports Doctor is saying that hip is not upto the mark, he has advised bed rest now for twenty days and has also prescribed to use traction. But he is saying that it might need to be operated. What should be done at this time? Kindly reply.
