Bone & Muscle problems

Am having left upper back pain since (1.5 year left handed work in bank)I feel grinding poping clicking sensation all the time in my upper back and shoulder region on touching too(and they are painfull too .. when I move my arm I hear poping sound in my biceps too that is painfull too, the pain is in whole upper back region ( but some time I feel it is around shoulder blade or inside shoulder blade) can u help me getting to know what kind of pain is this

From 2 days IAM having serious knee pain I can't even walk also please help me out. Actually am going for practice police events like running. I dono why it happen please let me know what should I do.

After my delivery I got pain in my left wrist and in my both knees and in my back tooo so please help

I recently had a lower back pain for which I was diagnosed with vitamin d3 severe deficiency and mild straightening of lumbar curve and an increased esr. I have been doing exercises and I am on medication as well. I wore full sleeves exclusively. Could this be a reason for this? How do I make sure i am ok? Physiotherapy helps but i feel weakness in lower back and mild pain. The pain increases when I sit while the weakness subsides. What possibilities am i looking at? Help me explain what should i be doing. P. S- I dont feel numbness or anything in my legs.

My mother has got back pain since 3-4 days now. Pain aggrravates when she gets up. Sleeping posture mild pain only. Since kidney problems cannot take pain killers. Thanks to suggest

I have pain in my left knee since from last year when I go down hill while trekking. There is no pain when I walk on plain surface but sometimes there is popping sound come out it when it twist. This all started when I have done a Marathon trek last mansoon.

From past 3 minths i am having neck pain and stiffness, Shoulder pain and back side of left rib stiffness and little pain All this along with Headache... What it can be help....

Woke up with swelling of Big Toe joint with redness and lots of pain two days back. Still paining and very painful to walk due to swelling and pain.
