I had early stage mucoid degeneration in my left knee and pain in both the knees since more than a year. I am doing exercise for quadriceps and vmo but yet found no improvement. Pain is getting worse day by day and due to this i m now less active and my weight is going high. I am 27 year old. I was calcium deficient at the beginning of my problem but now i m taking calcium supplements. And no pain killer works well for this. Hope its curable. Please help me with this

Got teard Acl on 2016 August in my right leg, but still didn't gone for a surgery, don't know which procedure suits.. Because I already gone under surgery on left Knee in 2014. How man days I can sustain with this injury? If I need to go for surgery. Which is the best approach..

I am 23 years old and my height is 177 cm ,Is it possible to increase upto 180 cm by stretching exercises?

I have a hurting pain in my right heel. It feels good when I press my heel against anything hard, else there is a constant pain. Thus whenever I get up to walk after a 15-20 sitting/ lying position, the pain is high as I start to walk n I feel like I am loosing my balance. There is a pain in the right one too but a mild pain. I am obese and 4 months back started stretching n Zumba for weight loss. This pain started 2 months back. Initially mild on both foot, now agravated on right foot.

Having nagging knee pain , two years before MRI showed partial thickness tear of ACL from its femur end , done one more MRI in Mar 18 , MRI was normal with everything normal. I m having constant and continuous  knee pain on the inner side of knee from past 6 months which declines during walking or any physical activity but. inclines when on bed, Please suggest!!!

Dear Doctor, my wife is having fibromyalgia and she has been prescribed Dulane 20 mg which she has been taking since three weeks two times a day. Of late she has noticed skin rash which has been increasing day by day. I understand skin rash is one of side effects of taking Dulane but would be grateful if you could please suggest any remedy for skin rash. Thank you.

My father had back pain. He couldn't move. The hot water bottle gave him some relief. But he has a job and he has to work. What can be done to soothe his pain and remove it from the root? What can be the cause of this problem? What can we do from our end to make him more comfortable?

I am diagnosed with schmorl's nodes in L2/3, L3/4, L4/5 vertebra. I experience pain while bending down only after I get up from supine position for longer time, which lasts for only 10-15 seconds. Basically I experience stiffness. HLA-B27 is negative. during whole day there is no pain in bending. I am doing some core exercises too. Can I join gym in this condition

Im suffering from heal pain from last one month mainly in morning time when i wakeup
