Severe back pain from a month in mid spine not able to sit for more than an hour i thought it is because of swimming class but when i dont have swimming class then also the pain persists

We need to conduct some tests as prescribed by Orthopaedic Surgeon in Kering hospital. Need to know about the charges. Already visited PH Diagnostic centre but there charges are heavy. Please suggest centres where we could conduct these tests with affordable charges.
