Bone & Muscle problems

Had severe headache and severe neck pain and wrist pain along with lower back pain and upper hips pain(both) from 2 months... as i use to put my hand up my ring finger and small finger used to go numb.. Though the pain used to be lessened as i start working.But no fever was there. I went to ortho and pysio both, they told me to get done following tests: Rf, Cbc, Esr, Uric acid, Anti ccp, tsh, vit d deficiency test,Cervical xray, Brain mri, vit b12 defi test. all came as normal except vitd it was litle less only.i took supplements full course but nothing changed , No changes. I started livind with the pain as after sometime After 1 month again i started feeling pain in every joint..i again went to doctors with all tests reports i had.they all said i had fibromyalgia confirmed.but i didnt took medicines.after 15 days i got fever kind (with normal body temp) of thing.. the doctor gave me fever course . Antibio, Parct for 6 days.. now i am comp alright.. no pain anywhere frm 1 month.. how?

We have visited an Orthopedic 2 days ago for pain in back and legs plus swelling was also there in lega(Sciatica) medicines were given (gabaneuron 100 etc) swelling has gone but pain is still there.

Before 7 or. 8 before i jumped from stairs near about 3 or 4 mitre height and it suddenly start paining in lower back .after that i have taken medicine for one week and do some exercise also then also lower back pain is not reducing...please give me some solutions..

I was having little bit neck pain and stiff neck from 3 months but from 10 days i am having shoulder pain with severe headache and neckpain raditing down spine .... fatigued knee and stomach ache as well what it is ..? Help.. . . . Tests done: Cervucal xray, Brain mri, rheumatoid factor, Uric acid, Csr , Cbc, Cre protien, Esr, Tsh and Knee xray... Every thing completely normal... help!!!

There is frequent pain in both legs during night sleep. It's feeling that I have taken  walk a long distance by foot. After binding above the pain area its feel relief. Suggest what should I do.

I have detected a bump recently on my neck which is looking like a swelling.I have a doubt either I have any problem with my spine or something else.
