Is Chondromalacia patella curable at all?? I have been doing stretches and strengthening exercises from 1 year. But there is zero improvement. I am not able to sit for more than 2 mins. Does it get better at any point of time?? Is it treatable at all??

Pain in left shoulfer when i sit on computer. This problem started 4-5 days back. No pain when i go for morning walk.

I am 50 years old since some months I had a pain on both my legs , general practitioner prescribed some painkillers and calcium tablets. After no improvement consulted an orthopedic surgeon also done x-ray he told that my bone is growing abnormally. He applied some injection after applying local anaestesia. He didn't explained clearly what is the problem...

Pain in right collar bone area and shoulder when sneezing, coughing and deep breath and also during moving the arms. It pains even when I put weight on left shoulder.
