Hello doctor I have got severe muscle catch on my lower back since last night I'm not able to move or walk kindly suggest some medicine where I can take immediately and get some relief

I've been having lower back pain on left side since September 2017, but it was very mild at that time. I would experiment pain only when i had a very strenuous day. Since December the pain has increased a lot. Now it pains to turn in the bed, and if i walk a lot. There is weakness in my legs, but no numbness or electric tingling. My mri scan taken recently has the following impression 1)transitional element at the lumbosacral junction, demonstrating a sacralised l5 vertebra Please help me understand my situation. Is there a name for it and what could have caused it. What should be my course of action and what things should i avoid. Thank you 2)at L4 - L5, there is mild broad based disc osteophyte complex which minimally compresses the thecal sac 3) Minimal L3 - L4 disc bulge 4) There is no evidence of spinal canal narrowing, neural foraminal compromise or nerve root impingement at any level.

Hello am here to ask regarding my pain which is internal pain non swelling 3 inches above my left ankle, period since pain started 4 days from today, am an active cricket bowler bowls 70-100 daily in routines, Is there any serious issue in there.

I have suffered from viral fever in the month of September last year. Then the platelet count is 1.28 lakhs. After one month i have got severe pain in ankles. After consulting the rheumatologist the pain got down to 40 %. They concluded that there is no arthritis. At that time platelet count is 1.9 lakh. Even after 6 months i have not get relief from the ankle pain. I consulted another rheumatologist. This time the platelet count is 1.38 lakhs. For the last two months the count is fluctuating between 1.38 lakhs to 1.51 lakhs. Which step do i need to take? Please suggest me

My Mom was admitted to the hospital for 10 days I use to stand for hours with her after some time due to long standing hours my feet started hurting badly and swelling occurred. Shown to the doctor he recommended tab etowox120 for 10 days and calcitriol, calcium carbonate & zinc tablets for 1 month and advised to get Vit B12 & D3 test done and Got the results Vitamin B12 is 217 pg/ml and Vitamin D is 28.10 nmol/L. Shown results to the doctor he said continue with the same but I not getting relief. Pls advice what can I do to reduce the swelling in feet, joint pain and to rise my low level of Vit D. Pls help! Neck and shoulder pain,fist came on left shoulder and now shifted to right shoulder. When bending and turning head neck pain

I have left side chest pain that extends to shoulders and arms and left portion of neck. It has been 4-5 days. I have low bp too of 90/70. Can anybody suggest what kind of Doctor I need to consult?? Physician or somebody else? This is urgent, please guide.
