I have flat feet and it hurts when I wake up from long sitting. What should I do except taking pain killers or something like that.?

Severe acidity.taking acidity tab since last 10 yrs. Is joint problem due to acidity and long use of pip tab(rabaparzole.pantaprazole) tab,

Foot ball player, 3 weeks ago during training he suddenly stepped over the ball causing him to fall on his right ankle, he felt a sharp pain at the site of the injury followed by visible swelling, he couldn't put weight on his leg when walking out the play ground and needed a help from his playmates and he couldn’t bear a touch on his ankle. Is it a ankle sprain or fracture?

I used to take snaping /popping in Legs.. Is it good or bad?? I feel relaxed when I snaping or else my knee joints are getting pain.. Please advice

I Had a proximal tibial fracture in left leg with a bike accident on 20 June 2016, and fixed with a plate and screws and removed them after one year. My leg muscle is not developing as that of right leg inspite of Physiotherapy. but due to difficulty in removing left part of screw, Ok with 1 year. Now i am facing problem in knee with crimping and unable to walk freely.No pain but unable to walk freely . Doc said that the knee became blunt due to weakness. said some excercises and if not solved
