Avascular Necrosis

I had MRI of my hip joint in the month of May2018 then I got to know about avascular necrosis of left hip joint. That time MRI had Avascular Necrosis of left hip joint Stage iv/v ACRO. But later on after 4months I have MRI again of hip joint then it showed Stage ii of FICAT & ARLET. Now is it improved or what? I am totally confused.
