Bone & Muscle problems

Hello doctor, My ankle has swollen while stepping down. It's paining and since it's a Sunday I can't find any doctors in my locality . I would prefer your suggestion has the best.

From last 2 months whenever i strech my sternum pops... thou it doesn't hurt it does pop from different parts... and cervucal neck and shoulder and many joints have started popping... Sever headache also and neck pain along with both wrists pain and fatigued and painfull knees... Tests done: Rf, Cbc, esr, Cre protien, uric acid, cervical xray , brain mri, Hamd knees xray, vitd3 test, vitb12 test, Everything came normal... What it can be Pls someone give answer in detail.. pls don't guve short answer... your help can make my day... Pls help...

Have pain in back side of neck from last  month but from last one week it was ok ...but feeling once again little uneasy.w hen pain was there earlier I was not able to node my head.

From past few days I have noticed about the pains in my hand fingers, When I move my fingers in the morning I wake up it pains and also there is stiffness. I did full body check up but everything is normal, vitamin d is less - 18ng/ml. So its due that or there might be any underlying disease?

Can't walk yet even after six months. Once the leg is bent difficult to walk against.

Had ACL avulsion fixation surgery. It's been 6 Months. Difficulty in walking and morning stiffness.

Can forehead osteoma go away on its own. How complicated is the surgery. Is it recommended at all? Is a CT scan necessary before the surgery? And finally please give me an estimate o. How much does it cost?

I Have CMP and ACL ligament grade 2 partial tear. Please let me know ways to improve and strengthens cartilage as well as Oil or natural methods to restore it.
