I’ve heard that arthroscopies are quite successful to cure internal joint problems. My grandmother is 57 and she has severe joint problems in her knee. Can an expert tell me how arthroscopy of knee can be procured? Inputs from health experts and people of the medical community would be highly appreciated!

My brother who is 34 had a terrible accident that dislocated his shoulder completely. He will need an arthroscopy of the shoulder which I’ve heard is quite effective in treating joints but can be painful too. Can someone who has experienced the same tell me how painful the entire procedure was? Also, under certain medications, can the pain be controlled to some extent?

Hi Doc, My mother aged 53 has recently developed a cute pain in her left leg, it becomes intolerable sometimes, but it remains only for few seconds. I feel that some muscle tension has developed. Please suggest some medication.

Suffering from pain around ankle of Right leg n left wrist since last three months. Consulted with orthopedic, wherein, in first consultation, he recommended hifenac P for  5 days n chymoral forte for 10 days. Icing of the suffering area alongwith physiotherapy was also advised. But, there was no relief. Then in second consultation, the doctor recommended tab Disperzyme for ten days along with physiotherapy n icing. Also availed 30 - 35 sessions of physiotherapy, but, there is no relief. I'm diabetic, suffering from hypertension also gone through cardio angioplasty. Pl. Advise.

Hello, I've been having leg cramps continuously for the past few days, (almost a week). It starts of as numbness in the morning when I wake up and I have the feeling of tiredness in the legs throughout the day. There is no pain in the joints. It's only the calf muscles, Achilles tendon and the lateral and medial malleolus. I am currently taking pantocid dsr for esophagitis once a day. What could it be? I am travelling out of India currently and visiting a doctor for the next few months would be a problem due to insurance issues. Thank you
