Dear doctor, I slipped off in my home and got my wrist damaged. I don't know whether it is a normal strain or a fracture, but I have pain. I've X-RAY report also with me. Please help.

3 days ago due to heavy workout at the gym, I strained my tricep muscles. There is swelling around the elbows in both arms and I am not able to bend my arms. I took a Creatine Kinase Serum blood test on Sunday from a private lab. Today I went to see an Orthopedist. He told me to refrain from heavy exercises for the next 4-6 weeks and gave some pain killers and anti-inflammatory tablets. But after I came back to office after meeting the doctor, I received my blood test report. Creatine Kinase level is 20,000 U/L. It's very very high. Should I go back to the doctor and inform him about this report or just follow what he has recommended? Is it serious?

Is Ankylosing spondylitis Completely treatable? Or it cannot be treated. If it's treatable... pls someone help me with its guidance..?

Hi, I feel some short of uneasyness while typing... Esp in the bulge beneath the right thumb. Some sort of pain in the thumb (while typing in mobile) and in some fingers... Slight pain in foot bones (not tones). Uric acid level 6.79.
