Bone & Muscle problems

I have been advised by my orthopedic to take gemcal plus daily in the morning post breakfast since my b12 and d3 levels are low. I read online that gemcal plus is only effective for d3. Please advise.

I am having pain in the patellar region, which is connected to the Tibial bone. I was diagnosed with calcific patellar tendonitis and had done physiotherapy for that. Pain had reduced, but now when I returned back to my workout routine, pain has started again.

My cousin is 21 yrs old and suffering from joints pain from past 1.5 years. As of now, she can barely move her both legs and left hand. It seems to be expanding. Initially doctor treated her as a case of Rheumatoid Arthritis, but now doubting of Spondylitis Arthritis. Please advise if this could a case of Spondylitis Arthritis. Also, if so, is it curable?

My ankle was twisted 5 mnts back , had a swelling and ligament tear , still i have pain and stiffness in my ankle while walking.

Sir I am a 58 years old man.i did MRI scan of whole body.it says.. Impression: Mild degenerative changes in lumbar spine with mild disc bulge /protrusion at multiple levels indenting thecal sac with lateral recess & neural foraminal narrowing, as detailed in text. Adv.-Clinical Correlation. What it means and what i have to do now? Is there any serious problem?

Dear Doctor, My nephew, 2 years old, fell down accidentally while playing and after suspecting pain at the shoulder part we decided to consult family doctor. We have taken X RAY of shoulder AP and impression in the report says 1) Undisplaced fracture of the right clavicle at its mid 1/3rd 2) Visulaised bones shows osteoporotic changes. Would you be so kind as to give your valuable feedback on this report and suggest further steps to be taken. Thanks in advance

I have been advised to do surgery as I have a bucket handle tear in miniscus with a fully torned acl. My question is, what is the time frame I can look to walk independently? Or may be with support considering I am following physio And how is the pain management?

I have a back, shoulder and neck pain from last 8-10 months. There is a continuous headache not very severe. Reduced strength in arms and legs. Pop up sounds from most of the joints. Feeling of back shoulder  bones rubbing and a discomfort in the body.

Hi sir Recently 15 days back i had endoscopy Discectomy surgery l5 S1 level but still i have pain in l5S1 level.only when sit and drive forward bending pain starts. My MRI shows l5S1 Central disc protrusion without thecal sac compression,what thats mean i did not understand please tell me advice. Iam afraid because after surgery still i have pain.
