I am a 39-year-old woman and I drive to my work every day. I have developed back pain due to long driving hours and bumpy roads. I feel really difficult to sleep during nights. I cannot work either. What is the best sleeping position for back pain? Is there any special kind of pillow or mattress I can buy?
