What is the best sleeping position for neck pain
I am a 19-year-old male and I play hockey. For the past few days I have been apparently sleeping in really weird positions and I don’t realize how I sleep as I am very tired. For the past 2 days, I have been suffering from neck pain and I can’t quite turn it to any side. What should I do now? What is the best sleeping position for neck pain? How to avoid suck cramps?
