I slipped in rains around 15 days back and injured my foot. My foot was swollen and it was paining. But now most of the swelling and pain is gone by my foot fingers are still swollen and it pains upon pressing. I can bend my foot fingers but the bones seem swollen compared to the other foot. Not sure what is wrong. Isn't 15 days enough to recover completely. I am 31 years old male.

Ongoing for 6 months. Recurs Everytime I do any strenuous physical activity like running or yoga. Subsides Again after a week of home rest. Arthritis is in family history. Any precautions I should take or checks I should get done?

My mother is having lower back pain. She is heart patient and takes her lower blood pressure medicine on a daily basis recommended by doctor.
