I am having pain in the patellar region, which is connected to the Tibial bone.
I was diagnosed with calcific patellar tendonitis and had done physiotherapy for that. Pain had reduced, but now when I returned back to my workout routine, pain has started again.

It's called Osgood schattlers disease
Treatment for it is
Rest
Ice
Avoid jumping activities
Crepe bandage
Treatment is to strengthen the quadriceps muscles
