What does a sprained ankle look like
While returning from my usual run last morning, I twisted my foot a little. Now it is slightly twisted, swollen and appears redder than my normal skin tone. Is it possible that I sprained my ankle? I have never seen a sprained ankle before so can someone tell me what does a sprained ankle look like?
