Please advice for any medication for cervical spondylitis. Suffering from lower neck pain. Mild bulging in c6/c7

I underwent pilonidal sinus surgery recently. The surgeon advised to use betadine 2% solution for cleaning the wound before the dressing procedure. When i checked on the internet, i could find only Betadine 2% gargle. Can i use the same for cleaning the wound ? Please advise.

I have some flat facial warts around my mouth..hardly 2-3. They are brown-coloured. Little-raised from the skin level. Also, they are rough. I have attached a picture of it. It's not very clear though. What can I do to get rid of it?

Often getting rashes, bumps all over body followed by itching sensation. Skin very sensitive. Allergic to sun, pollution, latex, tight cloths etc... Hip and groin area are heavily affected. Also having weazing problem.. suggest me medicines to overcome this prob.
