Feeling trembling and dizziness. I was anxiety disorder before. I had surgery 10days before. After that I got this symptom.not feeling panic but while walking feeling trembling and dizziness. On rest mode feeling ok

In every 10-15 days i have stomach pain and after vomit i feel good i have gas and indigestion problem as well so what to do.

Saturated fatty acids Monounsaturated fatty acids Polyunsaturated fatty acids Omega 3 fatty acid Combination tablet is anything available sir at Ayurveda? Kindly suggest I wanna consult.

My doubt is taking ayurvedic medicine has any side effects ? Actually I just read on the label of the ayurvedic tablet that ( contains heavy metals ) will this metals cause any problem in my body ?

Whenever I'm taking Pantocid, my digestion is completely alright but when I stop it, my digestion becomes weak(burning sensation in stomach, deformed stool, discomfort in stomach after eating heavy meal etc) I had endoscopy but normal gastritis was found which has no medicine ( doc gave me pan20 for one month and then pan20 for alternative days for one month). Is there any classical medicine that I can take which can make my digestion stronger??Help in detail plz
