It's being a month I have pain and ltching while passing stool so consult doctor, after examine they told me that I have inertnal hemeroide and very difficult to pas stool it's very hard. Can you suggest me best and Root cause remedy for to this problem.

I am suffering from high cholesterol level since last three years. My cholesterol level is approximately 248 for last three yrs. I am eating simple homemade food from the day of beginning and also follow ayurveda since last two years. My wt. is 72 for last four yrs and height is 5.7 and blood group is B positive. I regularly walk for one hour daily in the evening since last six years. I am of Pitt parkirti in nature. Rest of it my all blood reports are normal. I am taking baidyanath krimi kuthar Ras tablet once a week at night since last five months because my stool examination shows krimi in my stomach due to which itching takes place in my whole body sometimes. My muscular veins( nassein) are also weak & feel fatigue oftenly.  I feel always hungry and tired. My urine is light yellow in colour and colour of tongue is purple+white. Please suggest me what should I do for my health in future so I can live long
