My age is 18 n weight is 45 n height is 174cm. My bust is not developing at all n its flat so i've started taking shatavari for growth after watching ramdec baba's video on breast enlargement. So i wanna ask that for how much duration it has to be taken n what would be the after results of it. I heard that shatavari powder could be used for lifetime. Pls help. Kindly give more info about it Thanku

I always suffer from cough,irritation in the throat,pain in the throat and enlarged tonsils whenever i drink something cold.After taking antibiotics they remain normal for some days and again if i drink cold then i get infected with green coughs and pain and irritation Can ayurveda permanently treat my tonsils and make be able to drink cold again?

Dear doctor...Nice day.i am having cervical spondylosis since 4 months. suffering with some pain in neck portion and near chest. feeling uneasy in chest some times. I was really fair as a kid but over the yrs my face n neck skin tone has been faded away n now looks really pale as compared to the skin on my arms n chest. It may be bcoz of overexposure to sun or due to swimming. Pls help it really looks very bad n uneven n also dark. Thanku

Five days back I got a bad cold. Soar throat, Running nose, Body ache and high temperature. On Day 2 temperature fall down gradually. But burning sensation started where I was about to see blisters. On Day 3 blisters occurred. It's painful. On Day 4 , blisters increased. I applied ghee. So the pain reduced and muscles also got a bit relaxed. But today, My upper lips and left nostril has swollen. Blisters are giving that same burning kinda pain. It hurts when I talk or not talk. What home remedies I can take for it? How many days it will take to go away? What can I do to stop it from reoccurring?

Cold soar along with cold and cough. Cold and cough has come down. But blisters have occurred since last 3 days. I am applying only ghee on it. Taking no medicines. Today upper lips has got swollen and left nostril too. It's hurting. Both bristles and nose. What should u do?
