I have diagnosed with Rheumatoid arthritis since 10 years. I have swelling in both my kness. Left knee was effected 10 years back and recently my right knee also having swelling and pain. When the inflammation is increases in body then thyroid level is alao increased in my body. I am using thyrox 50 MG tablet daily for thyroid and recently one month before one of the ayurvedic doctor prescribed jwarankush ras, Guduchi satva and Tfn 34, kanchanara kashayam for both RA and Thyroid. What is the parmanent cure for both the disease.

Hello i am suffering from gas since 7-8 months . Especially i vomit in morning and rest of the day i am free. Unable to swallow as gas comes up while eating. Having headache,heartburn,. Is there cure for gastritis.

From last few days i have been experiencing weakness.i went to homeopath he said it is due to inflammation in the body. I took medicine but didnt get any result.i have never done any blood test. Also back of my tongue is white. I was thinking of body cleansing through enema from which toxins will be removed from my stomach. Do you think it is a good idea to do enema . From 2-3 daysi have been eating 80% healthy food . But stool i pass is less than what i eat i think it is stucked in my intestines not passing properly. Should i go for body cleansing like enema or basi etc.
