I have started taking ayurvedic treatment for typhoid diet. But he(vaidh) give me very strict diet chart and routune chart. No bath for one week No grain even a bite of buiscuit for 1st week Only fruits limited to pomegranate, apple and papaya and cucumber (only till afternoon) and lot of boiled water and lot of goat's milk. And apart of these he said no for any fruits or diet. Medicine only for 8 days. So please suggest me anything else can i add in this diet. Bcz only fruits and milk for 8 days i feel punishment a harsh punishment. Help me if anything can be added

Is there any side effects of giloy juice ?? & Upto how much time we can consume giloy juice ,& how quantity .it is mentioned in bottle that 15ml-30ml on empty stomach ?? I am having low platelets counts.
