I have diagnosed with Rheumatoid arthritis since 10 years. I have swelling in both my kness. Left knee was effected 10 years back and recently my right knee also having swelling and pain. I am using thyrox 50 MG tablet daily for thyroid and recently one month before one of the ayurvedic doctor prescribed jwarankush ras, Guduchi satva and Tfn 34, kanchanara kashayam for both RA and Thyroid. What is the parmanent cure for both the disease.

Hello i am suffering from gas since 7-8 months . Especially i vomit in morning and rest of the day i am free. Unable to swallow as gas comes up while eating. Having headache,heartburn,. Is there cure for gastritis.
