Irritable bowel syndrome suffering from last few months.please tell me the dos and don'ts and medication if possible. Constipation is there presently.

Does panchakarma cleanse the liver and kidney? Which organs does the treatment cleanse? Please advise.

Hi, I do work out everyday, and also i have around 370ng/dl testosteronelevel. I had slow urination problem before. So i want answer of two questions 1.can we take gokshura daily, does it has any side effects. 2.i read about benefits of gokshura inn urinary and kidney problems, so can this be helpful in preventing kidney related disease if we take daily?

I have anxiety, dust allergy, Constipation and hypothyroidism for a long time. I am taking medicine for anxiety by a psychiatrist and am using kayam tablet for constipation and kachnara guggal. Full body working with medicines only. Still not very productive in any work. Please guide.

I have consulted here Ayurveda doctor after they checked my both hand pulse they said i have high pitta and vatta. My symptoms are after every time I eat my stomach get bloated.
