Head psoriasis problem h 10_12 years se please koi solution dijiye me kya kru

Am using sorion(atrisor) cream for psoriasis,some patches lefted with white patches,some are in reddish. any cream for that?.and also am using 777 oil.. Can I take milk,chicken? Can I use eumosone,Whitfield ointments for white patches. Atrisor or psorlin which is better?

Should I go by ayurvedic, homeopatic or allopathic for treating my mother's psoriasis which is almost 10 years old

I have 4 4 mm stones in kidney. 3 at left and 1 at right. I am taking neeri tablets along with gokshuradi modakka ayurvedic medicines. I was feeling tired for a long time hence took a blood test. In that, vitamin D is very low I.e 11. Now my question is how do I improve my vitamin D. Can I take supplements . Will it have impact on my kidneys or will it affect the function

Hello. I'm having itchy scalp and dandruff. Due to dandruff, there's hairfall. I've thick hair of medium length. How often should I wash and oil my hair. Right now, I use Tresemme shampoo and conditioner and parachute coconut hair oil. Which hair oil and shampoo and conditioner do you recommend me for treating dandruff and itchy scalp? Your advice will be appreciated.
