Can neem ghanvati and giloy ghanvati be consumed after meal or should it be taken on an empty stomach

Left upper utertic calculi .size 23 mm. Can ayurveda has solution for kidney stone without operation ?.

Is it normal to take Ashwagandha without any doctor's suggestions assuming no any medical conditions. If yes then please tell me the dosage and for how long it should be taken. As I'm taking it by my own twice a day just after meal and I usually prefer Himalayas Ashwagandha tablet. As they say it rejuvenates mind and body, lowers the stress harmone thereby maintaining good health. Also I'm looking forward to take Gokshura for general wellness as I work out a lot and wants to have strong and lean body muscles. Please suggest me dosage and duration of these two .

We have skin problem from last two years. Mostly in July to August month. We have take treatment in allopathic but during treatment it is ok. But some time problem again shown.
