Taking thyronam 100 mg scan done right kindey size is 7.5×3.9 cm Urine report normal back pain both side pain

Doctor told me to mix all them and then make 40 small portions (pudia) then take twice for 20 days. Can I directly take it without making pudia?? Does that make any difference??

Hi, My father is suffering from diabetes from past 20years. He underwent test today and it shown Creatinine 3.4 and Urea levels 76. Yesterday it was 3.3, one week back it was 3.1 One month before it was 2.7 Everyday it is increasing even though he is under proper medication.
