My weight is 90 kg and height is 5'8"
I am pure veg person having low vit b12 level of 250 and vit d is 25 ; by looking wise i am not too much healthy but my weight is still 90 does it possible that bones are heavy compare to skin fat or not i am heavy weight ; tell me should i need to loose weight and also how to increase b12 and vit d
