Its been since years he always gets cold and he treat it with allopathy but after an year he left and started taking home methods to get relief . but he isn't getting fit can ayurveda cure it?

Good day, I am 39 yrs old height 174 and weight 86 kgs.I have health issues of allergic rhinitis on and off.Also I suffer from anxiety and lack of energy,will power and concentration.I wanted to know what Himalayan products like Ashwagandha ,Goshukra and Brahmi to take on a daily basis.Are these products beneficial for my health issues.What should be the dosage?

I have hyper pigmentation on my face.
