My wife has GERD and suffering for past 3 months. She is getting lots of burping. We have consulted gastro entrologist and he suggested medicines and also specific diet. We are following it regularly but the problem is not coming down . Please suggest how to get rid of the issue and lifestyle changes. Can this be resolved completely .

Hello doctor,i suffer from anxiety and ocd since 7 years. But the symptoms are in control even without medication but i feel the need to calm my mind so now i want to shift to ayurvdic medicines as allopathy has many side effects, so an ayurvdic doctor has prescribed Saraswataristm and manasmitra, so i want to know that can i mix these medicines with alcohol, are there any serious side effects of mixing, i don't want to quit alcohol, and its ok if the medicines don't give results with alcohol. Can there be any serious or dangerous side effects. I just drink 650ml of beer(8%alcohol) once or twice a week. Please advice and i will be thankful if u can explain in detail. Thanks
