Hello doctor, I have too much of hair fall and too much of grey hair I'm just 28 yrs.i gave started applying color to my hair from 4 yrs but I felt grey hairs got more.what is thr permanent soln for this?? And I have white flasky type on my hair if I touch it will fall more need soln

Severe constipation stool dry like cement, causes fissures, tried harataki, nittyam, pet saffa, patajali's shuddhi churn and kayam churn, nothing is working on me now. I m am 30 ml allopathic laxative cremafin plus everyday. Suffering from chronic constipation from last 12 - 13 years. Isabgol causes more constipation than relieving it. I take 4 ltrs of water, salads, green veggies, everything but situation of constipation doesnt improve. Has ayurveda has a cure of my constipation problem

I have 4 -5 times loose stool in only  morning since 4months.monthly 5days it happens other days 2times passing stool only in morning  some times mucus appears in stool.2months back in tested stool examination,stool routine stool culture cbc abdomen scan acculturation blood in stool all r normal.i have gastrict problem but it increases in 2months chest burning,burping stomach burning.now I have pain in abdomen 2 days 4-5 times black stool occurs with abdominal pain it happens in once inFebruary month &once in January month.now I bending I have stomach pain.when I pass stool abdominal pain before& after stool passing pain for3hours after  pain controls.i want what problem I have it is curable.it is ulcerative colitis,or ibdor ibs.please sujjest. Weather it cured permanently in ayurveda.which hospital I consult

Good day My ayruvedic doctor has prescribed me Siva herbal drops to be taken once a day 5 drops for increasing immunity against recurrent cold and cough problems.i read online that the normal dosage for adults is 10drops that too twice a day. Kindly advise wether 5 or 10 drops and how many times a day   and till how long is it safe to take this medicine?

32y/F, having sleepiness , anxiety and stress since 1 month, use to sleep but after wakeup feeling like haven't sleep, full day so many thoughts going in mind and most of the negative, can you please help ?
