Suggest best cold and cough medicine in ayurveda for kids for regular usage with no side effects Thankyou

My sugar level was up to 369 last month. I've taken allopathy medicine as well as Ayurvedic medicine. Now sugar level is 112.what should I do. Whether I should go for Ayurvedic or allopathy
