Hello I believe in ayurvedic medicines..can u please suggest fever syrup for 5 years kid That can be used for daily for healthy staying

Since a week i am having white patch like there were small dots like which are gone and thre is one white patch on my lower lips since a week no pain no burning nothing. i dont smoke, drink nothing. i have gastritis. So what is the reason.

I have asked earlier but I didn't get proper answer. I just want to know that are they both used for mental illness? I was suicidal and allopathic didn't help. Ayurvedic meds have helped me. I'm much better. I have been given both alternatively twice and I'm unable to identify that which one helped me. What are they used for? which one is better? Are they used commanly in practice for depression? Which "one" should I continue with ashwagandharisht + saraswatarisht +, etc for better results. Plz explain in detail

Are there any ayurvedic medicines , food , drink etc  that will help in reducing the body heat but at the same time help in increasing the appetite ?

My father suffered brain stroke, followed by left side paralysis 2 years back. There is a large infarct in right MCA area of the brain. Physiotherpy is on from day 1, along with treatment from neurologist. Now the problem is, recovery / movement in left arm is very less. Also, there is a lot of muscle spasticity / tightness. Kindly advice.

Does taking maha triphala gritham reduce the inflammation i have in my right eye Also my both eyes are dry..so will i get relief.. I have been told that this condition will remain lifetime bt i want to improve it.. N what other measures i can take?
