I am suffering from skin diease from past 10 years. I took ayurvedic treatment for many years. Even now I am not aware of disease name. Can please help with disease name and is it curable in ayurveda or homeopathy?

I had bells palsy. When I recover I faced constipation due to excess heat. I have taken becosules twice with allopathy issabgol with 2 tablet dulcoflex but still 50% motion. My skin inflMmed. Which is best for constipation due to excess pitta. Kayam 2 tab or jhandu nityam 2 tab.

I was born in Mumbai and living till 2017 may after that I got job in Kochi and i moved in 2018 my body started to itching and i went to government hospital they me a medicine in which i didn't had any affect later till i was Kochi due to some finincal issues i didn't went for further to doctor in 2019 may i moved to Pune for training and i consulted a doctor in Mumbai she said it's a bacterial after her medication course i was having itching later i moved to a specialist in Pune i had his medication for 3 months in which i found of some food which doesn't suits me he said i am facing with neurodermetis and he said it will take long time to cure and i started studying about it in internet that no medicine are there to cure. Is there any medicne in auryedha that can cure neurodermetis ?

I have multiple lipoma and I medicated homeopathy for 5 months but not found any results I can say it spread more don't know why but I found multiple in my body looking for better treatment in ayurvedic. Is it possible to get dissolved all my lumps they are present in lower back, abdomen few on thighs n few on arms. Please guide me through. I had first occurrence on back 3 years prior and know they are in numbers.
