Highly acid  problem vomate after dinner each time taking treatment with gasto sudeep chakrvati since oct 2018 but it is ok till i taking medicine if i don't take it starts again

My father suffers from constipation and stomach pain few years and now from 10 days the pain has got more.what can it be.he has observed that from 10 days he was taking this medication is that causing more pain in stomach Nishakathakadi Kashayam.kindly tell is this causing the problem.

Having pain in my liver area and also high triglycerides. Also suffering from gastritis with h.paylori and piles and seems that it become converting into fissure. Pls advice some medicine for liver and high triglycerides and gastritis and piles. I have attached my LFT and Lipid profile report with this. Pls find the attachment.

Also I was taking ayurvedic medicine through jiva and for last 20 days I left to eat rice. Potato, and sugar. Daily I go for walking and doing exercise daily.
