I have developed a cold in the past few days. It has converted into cough as well, though not severe, it's getting difficult to breathe. Feels like something is in there in my upper chest, near my throat. I have a nearby Ayurvedic store, but I am not sure, how to get rid of it! Please help.

As per my blood test I have lack of vitamins and calcium.i am aslo feeling little weak.i want to take natural medicines such in ayuveda which has no side effects.What are the medicines that can boost my immune system and full fill lack of vitamins and calcium?

Fundal erosion Gastric problem I am 30 years old and before 6 months I am suffering from gastric problem. According to endoscopy results is acute fundal erosion and ultrasound results is hematology changes in liver that means fatty liver problem. I'm taking medicine but result is zero.
